Horn, Houston, Marois, and Miller Prepare For USATF Outdoor Championships

High Point University Track and Field's Sydney Horn will be competing in her second straight USATF Championship meet after competing at the USTAF Indoor Championship earlier this year. HPU alum Jill Marois will be joining Horn as the two Panthers will jump Friday night at 8:55 PM eastern. Horn is one of six collegiate participants out of a field of 18. On the men's side HPU vertical jumps coach Scott Houston and HPU Alum Austin Miller will be representing HPU in the male pole vault at 3:00 PM eastern on Saturday afternoon. The top three will make the team and represent the US in the World Championships at the end of the month in Hayward Field. This will be the first world championships to be held in the United States ever.
