The High Point University women's cross country team will compete in the NCAA Southeast Regional on Friday in Earlysville, Va. The Panthers placed 21st in last year's regional meet and 13th at this year's course on Sept. 28 at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational. LIVE RESULTS
